Cowden Advisers, Inc. is an investment advisory group that focuses exclusively on the needs of retirement plan sponsors and participants by providing fiduciary guidance and investment advice for qualified and non-qualified plans. Our fiduciary advisory services include a full diagnostic review of an existing plan to determine potential exposures in plan operations. We also perform investment reviews, helping to narrow the overwhelming amount of investment choices to the most appropriate funds and providing a process to determine the best choices. Our defined contribution plan consulting services offer assistance in plan design, analysis and benchmarking. When providing participant education, our goal is to simplify the decision-making process, so that participants can enhance their retirement savings.

Cowden Advisers accepts the role of co-fiduciary to plans upon which our recommendations are acted. We are independent. We do not offer proprietary funds nor do we retain any commissions or mutual fund reimbursements for our services. We provide completely unbiased advice by charging a level fee regardless of the investment type or share class selected.
